When you purchase one of these We Sell Restaurants territories you will receive the remaining life of the current franchise agreement, which ends on June 29, 2027, plus an additional ten years. The royalties paid to the franchisor is 15% of total revenue plus 2% for marketing. Technology fees are $750 per month.
